Layout of vegetable garden/quiet reading spot in backyard

My target is to convert  20' x 20' backyard space to serene vegetable garden/reading spot.

It previously had 6' retaining slope toward the fence separating back side neighbor.

We converted the slope to retaining wall, and installed 2 raised vegetable beds.

So, now the question is what can we play here to make an ideal and appealing spot.
